CoACH (Coordinating Action for Children's Health) Care Center CoACH Care Center offers education, care coordination and planning for children with special health care needs and their families within the community.  They also offer direct care at Our Children's CoACH House in Naperville.  At CoACH House your child can receive medical day care, medical respite, transitional care (between hospital and home) and other support services.  We also have sibshops every other month for children 5 - 15 years old and Camp KanDu, a health education camp for children who live with specific diseases such as asthma or diabetes.  Call Denise Callarman, Executive Director and Co-founder at (630)271-9155 for information and reservations.
